If nothing in this section works, contact us and send a screenshot of your "system information" this can be found by searching msinfo32 on windows search.

  1. Search for ''Exploit Protection" in windows search and disable everthing under it. MUST BE ENABLED FOR VALORANT ⬆️

  2. Ensure all bios setup is done, this includes TPM/Secure Boot/Virtualization

  3. Reinstall windows if you really want to use, if not, skip this step and do step 4

  4. Your system may be incompatible, please open a ticket and send your specs (mainly need motherboard but send everything)
